Shipping Terms

We ship items out as soon as we receive them from our suppliers, but this may not be the same day you place your order. In general, you will receive your item within the shipping time frame shown at checkout. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific product, please contact us.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive your shipment notification and tracking information.

Important Notes

If your shipment arrives at its destination and there is no response from you, it will be returned to the origin. In this case, we will only refund the product cost (and customs charges, if applicable) — shipping charges are non-refundable.
After receiving your shipment, if you find any item missing, please inform us within 3 days. If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of your purchase date, please contact us immediately — we may not be able to accept concerns raised beyond this window.
In the unlikely event that a shipment is returned to origin due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, we may only be able to refund the product cost.

Cancellation Guidelines

If you’d like to cancel your order for any personal reason:

If the shipment has already been created/processed: partial shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If the shipment has not yet been created/processed: a full refund will be issued.

Note: Once your shipment has left for its destination, we are unable to cancel the order.
